Rules for flyers:  
               

Some units have the ability to fly, like the Giant Eagle Creature.

-Flying units may move over units, both enemy and friendly, except other flyers. They may NOT land on top of a unit, river or building.

-Flying units do NOT suffer any movement effect for terrain. Battle effects still apply.
